Yoga is very important in our daily life. Yoga creates calm and peace in both body and mind. It makes us able to live a disease-free life. It makes us stress-free. The work of connecting the mind and the brain is also possible through yoga. This era is getting busier and busier daily. Today every person suffers physically and mentally. Yoga is beneficial for both children and the elderly. If a person is healthy, he can do any task in life with ease. Every creature follows the rule of nature but we as humans are the only creature who acts against it. Thousands of years ago, sages discovered the secret behind the happy and prosperous life that cannot be found in the books but are carried from generation to generation by the processes of socialization and verbal method. This era is based upon scientific facts and findings, nothing is greater than science and truths can only be proven by facts that the whole world is running for. In addition, the science that we are claiming to be true confirmed that yoga is an indispensable subject for healthy living.

 On December 11, 2014, the 193-member United Nations General Assembly decided to observe the International Yoga Day on June 21 under the slogan "Let's do yoga and be healthy". Accordingly, it is customary to celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21 every year. If yoga is not given so much importance, why should the United Nations give such an importance to yoga, when people are claiming that it does not benefit our body. Therefore, all of us need to practice yoga today. We also have many examples, yogis who have embraced yoga is the perfect examples of yoga which helped them to live a healthy life for more than 100 years, so the importance of yoga is infinite. Today when we get sick and visit the doctor, the two pieces of advice which they give to every patient are to pay attention to exercise and diet. The same thing was said a thousand years ago when there was no doctor, everyone was advised to eat and do yoga. At present, doctors are advising to do therapy, and therapy simply means yoga. Yoga science and today's modern science are both interconnected, only the name has changed. Therefore, yoga is a major remedy, which makes the body, mind, and brain fresh and motivates to become a great personality.

Yoga affects the mind a lot. Let's take an example of a healthy person, he is physically and mentally fit. A healthy person always does good deeds which makes him happy and healthy. Good deeds are key to us physically and mentally fit. Yoga directly affects the mind and emotions. Yoga purifies the mind and removes unnecessary and negative thoughts. Yoga helps a person to get proper sleep. When a person's mind and the brain is calm, a person can sleep and that sleep is not the ordinary one. The sleep without stress in your mind make a huge change in our life and makes us a better person tomorrow.

Yoga relieves stress. There are many asanas in yoga, which helps to circulate fresh blood to the brain. When a person is stress-free, then all the work is done easily. Yoga exercises the internal organs of the body, so a person always becomes healthy.

 Yoga is associated with meditation, pranayama, mudra, bandha, kriya yoga, etc. which develop the mental capacity. When the mind is concentrated and meditated, the person's brain develops and he can do more work than before. Fear and anxiety go away in the mind, which makes the person work more enthusiastically. Yoga is very important in student life. Pranayama has a direct effect on a person's brain, which increases the brain's ability to think.

 Since yoga helps to make the body more flexible and strong, a person becomes stronger and more capable. Also, the face glows and the person looks beautiful and always young. Yoga makes a person socially responsible and helps him to embrace the interests of society. Spirituality is also linked to yoga, where mantras are chanted, activating the alpha of the mind, and when the alpha of the mind is activated, the person's ability to think automatically increases and the person becomes excellent, so doing yoga is the main task of life.

Establishment of Yoga Alliance Nepal

There are thousands of yoga teachers and students in the world today. Meanwhile, there are not many qualified teachers with higher education. This knowledge is the knowledge that cannot be completed even after studying for thousands of years. Therefore, the practice of giving a teacher's certificate to a person after 20-30 days of learning is increasing. Since this knowledge directly affects the physical and mental health of the person, it is found that teachers who have acquired incomplete knowledge have also misrepresented yoga. Therefore, Yoga Alliance Nepal is an organization that strives to make the best of any yoga teacher.

This organization has come forward intending to impart theoretical as well as practical knowledge through audio and video from the modern and scientific methods.

We have tried to impart knowledge about the inner workings of yoga as well as to test the teachers of yoga and if there is incomplete knowledge, we have tried to bring them to the world as teachers that will help them find the answers to those questions. We hope that you will join us and raise yourself as a skilled teacher.

 Objectives

The Government of Nepal has given us an exemption to do the following:

 1) To conduct classes on various subjects like yoga, meditation, pranayama, exercise, prayer to keep human life healthy and fit with the approval of the concerned body.

 2) To conduct camps at various places to give lectures on various topics like yoga, meditation, pranayama, exercise, prayer and to impart necessary knowledge and training in this regard.

 3) To increase public awareness about the strengths that can be brought into human life through various yoga and meditation.

 4) Encourage skilled instructors to teach yoga and meditation, and make arrangements to teach yoga and meditation in other fields as well.

 5) To honor the instructors and trainees with various certificates, testimonials, etc. after training in subjects such as yoga and meditation.

6) To provide various pieces of training for producing skilled work force in subjects like yoga and meditation.

7) To publish a book containing the topics including yoga and meditation and to make various audio, video, and documentaries in this regard and to spread wide publicity about yoga and meditation.

8) To go to various schools and universities regarding yoga and meditation, to give training on its use and to motivate to keep life healthy.

9) To conduct various programs related to yoga and meditation at home and abroad and to introduce Nepal to the world

10)To cooperate with various schools and associations established in Nepal for yoga and meditation.

11) To participate in various national and international level conferences and programs related to the above objectives and also to organize such programs.
