Niru Bastola has over 18 years of experience as a yoga teacher. His teaching experience ranges from teaching in government schools, NGOs, specialty yoga schools, private companies, and individual tuition. She is an internationally certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga philosophy, asana, and pranayama classes. He has great knowledge of herbs and is a good and helpful guide who cares for everybody.
